Therapy Spot is an online subscription-based directory designed for licensed mental health professionals (“Subscribers”) to create profiles and connect with individuals seeking therapy. Therapy Spot does not provide therapy services and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of services provided by Subscribers.

• Subscribers must be at least 18 years old.

• Subscribers must hold an active professional license or certification in good standing.

• Subscribers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

• Listings on Therapy Spot are provided through subscription. Fees are processed securely through Square.

• Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.

• All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Therapy Spot reserves the right to update fees with reasonable prior notice.

• Subscribers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their profile information.

• Subscribers must ensure that all representations of credentials, services, and specialties are truthful.

• Subscribers must not use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or unethical purposes.

• All interactions, agreements, and services between Subscribers and individuals are solely the responsibility of those parties.
   

• Therapy Spot is not a party to any agreement, contract, or therapeutic relationship between Subscribers and individuals.

• Therapy Spot does not screen, endorse, or guarantee any Subscriber’s qualifications, conduct, or outcomes.

• All use of the platform is at your own risk.

Subscribers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Therapy Spot, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of:

• Services provided (or not provided) by Subscribers.

• Disputes between Subscribers and individuals.

• Misrepresentation of qualifications or violations of professional standards.

• Misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

• Therapy Spot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the Subscriber in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• All content on Therapy Spot (logo, design, text, graphics) is owned by Therapy Spot.

• Subscribers may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without written consent.

• Therapy Spot reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions that violate these Terms.

• Subscribers may cancel subscriptions at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
